Because our firm is paperless, we use secure cloud links to exchange documents and for you to review materials and get back to us. We use video conferencing. You will not need to spend time travelling back and forth to meetings for no purpose. We will simply keep you informed of every step along the way

Consider your options

We strongly recommend that you consider your options by asking the right questions: Who will actually work on my file? How experienced is the lawyer who will work on my file, not “oversee” my file? Has your firm had complaints to the Law Society? Can I speak with other lawyers to find out about you?

Retainers

We work on a basis that suits you. We can be retained on contingency, on an upfront payment plan by lump sum or monthly, or on an hourly basis, or block fee for the entire file. We are unique in offering so many options

The nature of injuries

By its nature, injuries are about the most stressful times in our lives. We try to make it simpler. If we need an expert report and we almost certainly will, we will guide you through the process and send you to the experts we know and trust will be kind and welcoming

Functional Service

We go where you are. If we need an in-person meeting then you set the parameters. We visit clients at home if need be, in hospital if need be, and when it’s convenient for you
