From our roots in the 1990’s we’ve focussed on complex litigation. We do not run a volume practice. We do not expect our clients to pay for massive advertising. No matter where you are located, we will take meritorious files and work with other lawyers if need be.

These days, with portability among provinces for lawyers, and close connections to other firms across Canada, and videoconferencing, we take files nationally.

In collaboration with eLawX we work with lawyers with a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant areas, so you will not find that your file is handled by a junior lawyer as is often the case. The reason for this is that in our experience, it takes about a decade to acquire the broad perspective necessary to run a file properly and effectively. There are exceptions, but we guarantee that no lawyer with less than a decade of experience will work on your file. It’s too important to us to get it right, as it is to you, and for you.
